North American shipments are shipped within 3 days or sooner and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx in poly-mailers or cardboard boxes. A tracking code may be provided at time of shipping and emailed to you. We ship from our happy headquarters in Sperryville, VA.

We use USPS International priority for shipments outside of the US. We are happy to work with global carriers of your choice, either sea or air, to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Regularly priced, in-stock items (excluding sale items) may be returned within seven days of purchase for full refund less delivery expenses and 10% restocking fee. After seven days, regularly priced items may be returned for store credit. After 15 days all sales are considered final. Shipping costs for these returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are considered final and no returns will be accepted. This does not include items purchased with discount codes or special coupons.
We must receive the merchandise in the original shipping packaging. We highly recommend insuring the merchandise for the full retail price and using a trusted carrier. Any damage sustained during the return transit is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received, we will initiate the refund within 7 days. Our credit card processors may take up to 10 days to finalize the refund.
In the case of product defect within the one year warranty, Happy Camper Equipment Co. retains authority to replace defective item by any means and will pay for shipping of defective item at our expense.
In the case of receiving the incorrect item, we reserve the right to replace the item and correct the order, at our expense, as we see fit.
Please inspect packaging prior to accepting delivery. If boxes are damaged, do not accept delivery.
If delivery has been made and damage exists, please retain all packing materials and contact us within 24 hours so necessary steps may be taken with the carrier.
